How puzzlingflooring.com handles your data.

This page explains what data puzzlingflooring.com collects, why, and what your rights are. The site is run by Ive Outdoor sp. z o.o., Lubiejewska 81, 07-300 Ostrow Mazowiecka, Poland (the "controller"). Questions about personal data: info@iveoutdoor.com.

Contact form and e-mail

When you use the contact form or write to us, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, country, phone number and the content of the message) in order to answer you and to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR - steps before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying). Messages are stored on the hosting server and in our mailbox for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by a contract that follows.

Server logs

The hosting provider (OVH) records standard server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, requested address, browser identification and the referring page. Logs are used for security and to keep the site running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are kept for up to 12 months.

Google Analytics - only after your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. The Google script loads only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent). IP addresses are anonymised. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that expire after up to 2 years. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; after "Decline" the analytics cookies are removed and no data is sent to Google.

Cookies and local storage

Without your consent the site stores only one item in your browser's local storage: your cookie decision ("pf-consent"), so that the banner does not appear on every page. No other cookies are set by us. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server - the site makes no requests to third parties unless you accept analytics.

Recipients of data

Data is processed by our hosting provider (OVH, France) and, after consent, by Google (Google Analytics). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise these rights write to info@iveoutdoor.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Changes

This policy may be updated when the site or the law changes. The current version is always published at this address.
